Thank you for visiting and shopping with Karnias. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy, which applies to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy, in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing & Shipment Schedule

Our team works to process and ship out all orders in a timely manner, with operational working days from Monday to Saturday (excluding Australian public holidays).

Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment. Processing time refers to the period required for order verification, product quality inspection, secure packaging, and handover to our shipping partners.

Please note that during high-volume periods, seasonal sales, promotional events, or holiday peaks, order processing may experience additional delays of up to 3 business days. We will notify you via email in the event of significant processing delays for your order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Total estimated receiving time for your order is calculated as: Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

All timeframes referenced in this policy are business days, which exclude weekends and public holidays in the destination country. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.

We offer shipping services to over 238 countries and regions worldwide, including Australia, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. For all destinations, our standard shipping service has an estimated delivery timeframe of 5–8 business days from the date of shipment.

International logistics may experience additional delays of 5–8 business days during peak seasonal periods, including major holidays, customs backlogs, or disruptions to global transportation networks.

3. Shipping Fees & Eligibility

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value, to all 238 countries and regions we ship to worldwide. No additional shipping fees will be applied to your order at checkout for our standard shipping service.

For faster and more reliable delivery, we use premium international carriers including DHL and FedEx for the first leg of all shipments, before transferring your order to trusted local postal services (including Australia Post, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, and New Zealand Post) for final mile delivery to your address.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Immediately after your order has been shipped and handed over to our delivery partners, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include your unique tracking number, as well as a direct link to the carrier's website where you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Please note that tracking information may not be updated on the carrier's website for the first 1–3 business days after shipment. This is a normal part of the international shipping handover process, and we confirm that all tracking numbers provided are valid and will be updated as your package moves through the delivery network.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 3 months of the shipment date. Our customer service representative will address and resolve your inquiry within 24 hours. Requests submitted after this 3-month period may not be accepted or processed.

5. Shipment Quality & Safety Protocols

To guarantee the quality of our products, the Karnias team carefully prepares and inspects all goods prior to shipment. Our professionally trained staff perform strict in-house quality control checks on every item, to ensure all products meet our standards before they leave our facility.

All items are securely packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in excellent, undamaged condition. We take all reasonable steps to package your order appropriately for domestic and international transit.

Due to health and safety concerns, all items and packages are fully disinfected prior to shipment. We also recommend that you disinfect the outer packaging of your order upon receipt, as an additional precaution. Please understand that minor delivery delays may occasionally occur as a result of these health and safety protocols.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For all Australian domestic orders, all prices displayed on our website include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST), with no additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes payable upon delivery.

For international orders shipped outside of Australia, most orders sent via our standard shipping service will not incur additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspections in certain countries and regions, your shipment may occasionally be subject to import tariffs, duties, or other fees imposed by the customs authority of your destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over the customs policies and procedures of your local authorities, and we cannot predict whether charges will apply to your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on potential fees prior to placing an international order.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful and timely delivery of your order, we strongly recommend that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and active mobile phone number during the checkout process.

Your delivery address must be a full physical address, including apartment, unit, or suite numbers where applicable. We do not accept PO Box addresses for any of our shipping services. We are also unable to deliver to military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO locations.

We are not liable for unsuccessful delivery, non-delivery, return to sender, or any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the customer at checkout. Unsuccessful delivery caused by a missing or invalid mobile phone number will not be eligible for compensation, refund, or reshipment at our cost.

Any nondelivery or extra shipping fees incurred due to personal reasons (including incorrect address details, failure to collect the package from the carrier, or refusal of delivery) will not be covered by Karnias.

8. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, or arrives with visible damage to the product or packaging, please contact us immediately at hello@karnias.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with the carrier to investigate the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a reshipment of your order or a full refund, at our discretion.

We are not liable for minor delivery delays that fall within the estimated shipping timeframe, or for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing delays, natural disasters, or disruptions to transportation networks.

9. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of our website and placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
